Clare's Law

Overview

This initiative allows the police to disclose details regarding a person’s prior history of violence or abusive behaviour.

The public can request information about their current or former partner if they are concerned the partner may have a history of abuse and could pose a risk.

SDM Version

Clare's Law is supported in SDM v2.3.0 and above.
