Integrations with the iHub are delivered by the National Digital Team (NDT) using a SaaS delivery model, where the NDT have overall responsibility for delivering the service to client forces.

The following section is derived from section 9.4 of the the iHub Offering Description Document. The role of this document is to support client forces and their system providers in the adoption and use of the iHub service. For further information on these topics, please consult the relevant section of the above documentation.

Service Support Options

Three levels of service exist for onboarding clients to the iHub services:

  1. Govern: Core basic offering of the iHub service and includes relevant interfaces and integration options. The National Digital Team own, publish, and retain management and governance over the core offerings. Client forces and relevant system providers deliver their own integration / interface. The NDT team will ensure alignment with relevant governance, process and standards.

  2. Architect: This option builds on the "govern" option to offer additional architectural support to clients forces to ensure the solution is fit-for-purpose. The NDT team will work with the client forces and system suppliers to jointly deliver the solution design.

  3. Deliver: This option builds on the "govern" and "architect" options and provides further support to client forces/system suppliers in the form of delivery support to build the relevant integration/interface solution.

NDT and Client Responsibilities

Throughout the project lifecycle, the NDT and client forces hold various responsibilities. A full list of NDT responsibilities and client force / system provider responsibilities throughout the project lifecycle (e.g. Discovery, Planning, and Delivery) can be found in section 9.4 of the iHub ODD document.
